Create an event
Create an event in an organisation: title, description, venue or online link, date and time (with the correct timezone). Public or internal.
Tickets & registration
Offer free registrations or paid tickets, with capacity, waitlist and a registration deadline. Guests can register without an account.
Agenda & QR check-in
Build an agenda with sessions and speakers. At the door you scan attendees' QR codes for fast check-in.
Calendar, tasks & reminders
Dates land in the calendar with an ICS subscription, tasks keep the organising on track, automatic emails remind attendees.
Poster, automatically
Every event can generate a poster with your org branding, ready to share or print. Marketing is built in.
Accessible to everyone, students too
Organizing events was long expensive, hard and full of hurdles. On Hubryox anyone can create an event from the free plan: clubs, students, small groups, organized interest circles. The way scholars gathered a hundred years ago, only in a digital, global, open form.
Paid tickets: Stripe Connect
Free events, registrations and check-in work on every plan. As soon as you want to sell paid tickets, you set up Stripe Connect once (Profile → Settings → Payouts), which requires a Starter plan or higher.
Creating, setting up ticketing and free registrations are free. Taking real money via Stripe (paid tickets) requires a paid plan from Starter up.
Stripe Connect is under: Profile → Settings → Payouts. For events the organisation sets up the connection.
Hubryox keeps a 10% platform fee per ticket sold; the usual Stripe payment fees apply on top. Payouts run automatically via Stripe.
Pay securely with Stripe
Payments run entirely through Stripe, a globally established, PCI-DSS-certified payment provider. Hubryox never sees or stores card details; the bank account stays securely with Stripe.
