Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the Hubryox platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Hubryox. Organisations may create accounts on behalf of their members, provided they have the authority to bind those members to these terms.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Hubryox. By uploading content, you grant Comphedia Ltd a limited licence to store, process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any content. We do not monitor user content but may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

The Hubryox platform, including its design, code, logos and documentation, is the intellectual property of Comphedia Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights in the service or its technology.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless stated otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Comphedia Ltd reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Comphedia Ltd may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may export your data at any time before termination.

Hubryox is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Comphedia Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Your use of Hubryox is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
