I got an invite link — how do I join the group?
Open the link and sign in or register — after confirming you land directly in the group or chat.
How do I set or change my profile picture?
Profile → profile settings → upload a picture (HUBRYOX resizes automatically). It shows everywhere; tapping it shows others a large view.
How do reserving and handover work in the Sharing Hub?
Register interest → the giver picks someone → agree the handover in the item chat. Nothing expires automatically: the author extends deadlines, and after handover the chat stays open 7 days for thanks and rating.
Can I edit or delete messages?
Yes — within 15 minutes and while no newer message follows. After that the history is binding; posts and comments can be edited anytime with an 'edited' mark.
How do I start a poll?
Tap the bar icon in any chat: question, 2–10 options, optional multiple choice, anonymous or auto-close. The author closes it (in groups admins too).
How do I leave an organisation or an event?
Organisation: org page → Members → 'Leave organisation' at the bottom. Event: 'Leave event' next to your ticket on the event page.
Which language do I see — and foreign-language messages?
HUBRYOX comes in 8 languages (topbar setting). Translate any message with one tap on 'Translate'.
How safe is my data — and how do I report abuse?
Hosting exclusively in Germany, bank-grade encryption, no ads, no data selling. Report abuse anywhere: tap the avatar → flag — the team reviews every case.
